We are highly skilled at addressing and incorporating meaningful aesthetic guidelines and standards into master plans, corridor management plans and scenic resource protection plans.
LandWorks is a recognized aesthetic expert in Vermont (before the Public Service Board and District Environmental Commissions), in New Hampshire (before the Site Evaluation Committee), and in Maine (before the Department of Environmental Protection and Land Use Planning Commission). We also have a unique and well-established capability in assisting landowners and municipalities with Vermont’s Act 250 and Section 248/Quechee Review permitting processes.
